Toyota's OneTech Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Manager for Supply Chain Systems.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the development and delivery of Vehicle Supply Chain Systems for North America. The total portfolio consists of seven applications in areas of :
- Vehicle Planning Systems
- Vehicle Ordering & Scheduling Systems
- Fleet Customer Ordering Systems
- Product Pricing & Configuration Setup
- Vehicle Order Change Processing
- Vehicle Dealer Allocation
- Dealer Pipeline Management System
- Vehicle Distribution
- Foreign Distributor Distribution and Sales
- Vehicle Accounting
- Sales Processing and Reporting
- Compliance Documents (Monroney, American Automotive Labeling Act, Accessory Weight, MSO, etc.)
In addition, this individual will partner with Digital Transformation team to drive the overall roadmap, strategic vision and implementation of the future of the supply chain solutions and experiences ensuring a robust product roadmap to support Toyota's Transform 360 vision and digital solutions strategy.
What you'll be doing :
Product operations and Delivery - lead reporting teams toward department's delivery and operational resilience goals with KPI. Leverage responsible teams using an Agile methodology.Team Member Development - Strengthen team member engagement and reinforce North America cultural priorities. Foster positive, productive relationships with internal team along with business and technology partners. Ensure priority, quality, and delivery of key projects and company initiatives while expanding team member capabilities. Provide clear, concise, timely and transparent expectation and communications. Develop diverse talent pipeline and succession plans to ensure capabilities, innovation, and self-sufficiency while engaging the talent and passion of people. Develop yearly development plans tailored to each member with monthly checks for consistent progress.Resource management - including contract consolidation and negotiation, product total cost of ownership, production operation resource, and project resources. Responsible for budget management, including budget forecasting, justification for approvals, detailed budget analysis, and cost reduction kaizen.What you bring :
B.A. / B.S. in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or similar degree, or 10+ equivalent years of experience.8+ years managing teams and contract technologists5+ years hands-on technical Product Owner expertise within an Information Technology division7+ years supporting mission critical systems5+ years experience managing application development using modern languages (eg. Java, Python, Ruby, etc.) and database technologies (eg. Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, DB2)3+ years experience Agile software developmentManaged 3+ full-lifecycle large-scale IT projects implementing or upgradingAdded bonus if you have :
Work experience in the automotive or manufacturing industries5+ years experience in a large, global sales and distribution operation3+ years experience using JIRA, Confluence or similar tools3+ years experience with Dev Ops platforms (Jenkins, Github, SonarQube, etc.)3+ years experience with AWS Cloud application development2+ years experience working with Big Data systems and / or non-relational databases2+ years experience with scheduling and / or distributed systems2+ years experience with AI / Machine LearningScrum Certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.)What we'll bring :
