Key Responsibilities
Field and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and other contact methods within the Consumer Experience Center
Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with colleagues to meet quality and performance standards
Maintain knowledge of service offerings and workflows to ensure accurate resolution of consumer inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of prior experience in a Call Center or 2 years in a Customer Service environment
