Construction Estimator For Restaurant Projects
This isn't your standard estimating position. At My Client, estimating goes far beyond takeoffs and pricing-it's about collaboration, creativity, and shaping the foundation of each project from preconstruction to closeout. You'll join a seasoned estimating team of three and be expected to take full ownership of bids ranging from $1 million to $5 million.
Prepare detailed estimates, scopes of work, and project budgets for a wide variety of commercial projects
Lead full-cycle bidding processes from concept through submission (average of 3 bids per month in varying phases)
Collaborate on preconstruction strategies and schedules with internal teams and clients
Maintain and develop subcontractor and vendor relationships
Contribute to creative solutions for custom interiors, mid-rise additions, and ground-up work

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess the following qualities :
Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in commercial construction
Proven ability to write clear, detailed scopes of work
Comfortable with preconstruction processes, budgets, and scheduling
Capable of running an entire bid independently (typically $1M-$5M)
Familiar with at least 8 of the 16 CSI divisions
Background in food & beverage interiors, site work, and / or utilities is a plus
Familiarity with preconstruction agreements and lifecycle planning is ideal
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
