The Estimator will play a vital role in analyzing project documents, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with the design and field teams to ensure successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong estimating experience to contribute to high-quality, client-focused construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Assemble accurate and timely estimates for Stipulated Price, Design-Build, and Construction / Project Management projects.
• Provide clear, detailed quantity take-offs.
• Write, detailed, project specific, scopes of work for proposals.
• Organize subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue documented purchase orders.
• Calculate and track all material, labor, and project costs.
• Develop complete project budgets and cost breakdowns.
• Consult with design teams, field staff, and subject matter experts to ensure accurate estimates.
• Work with field personnel to address pricing or cost concerns.
• Maintain unit pricing and cost databases.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project options and budget guidelines.
• Support project progress by providing well-documented files and cost records.
