Le Coupé is seeking a skilled and reliable Prep & Butcher to join our small, tight-knit kitchen team. This position focuses primarily on chicken butchery, along with other prep tasks that support daily service. The ideal candidate is a professional with very strong knife skills, a commitment to cleanliness, and a respect for doing things the right way.

Part-time | Tuesday – Saturday Mornings (7am / 8am-1pm / 2pm) (Very flexible for the right candidate)
