Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the North American sales strategy aligned with corporate goals
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Account Executives and Sales Engineers
Own and exceed regional revenue targets while managing sales performance metrics
Required Qualifications
10+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, with 5+ years in a sales leadership role
Proven success in leading sales organizations in the LIMS, ELN, or life sciences technology sectors
Deep understanding of regulated environments (GxP, ISO, etc.)
Experience managing multi-million dollar enterprise sales cycles
Background in scientific informatics, lab operations, or digital transformation initiatives
