The successful candidate will oversee our financial processes, manage a team of 5, and play a crucial role in our company's financial operations. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Oversee billing, commercial billing, and distributor export accounts.
• Manage and mentor a team of 5 accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Use strong Excel skills to analyze complex financial data and create reports.
• Liaise with our auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
