Responsibilities

• Responsible for management and maintenance on critical data, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and completeness across various functions.
• Support operations by creating, updating, and cleansing master data, including, but not limited to, customer, vendor, job sites, and service contracts.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining master data records for customers, suppliers, job sites, service contracts, and other relevant data sets.
• Implementing and enforcing data policies, procedures, and standards to maintain data quality and compliance.
• Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data across the ERP.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, resolve data issues, and implement data-related projects.
• Participating in projects related to master data, ensuring data architecture and integrations align with business requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline master data processes and improve data management efficiency.
• Communicating with customers and suppliers to obtain missing information to update ERP records.
