Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the food and beverage industry . The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery. This role requires a hands-on individual with a strong mechanical and electrical background to ensure all equipment is operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with food safety standards. 15+ years of experience with Uniloy blow molding machines is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery
• Extensive experience with Uniloy blow molding machines
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, minimizing production downtime.
• Lead or assist in the installation, upgrade, and repair of food processing and packaging equipment.
• Develop and implement routine maintenance schedules and safety protocols for machinery.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and repair documentation.
• Adhere to all food safety and OSHA guidelines during maintenance and repair activities.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to build team capabilities.
• Stay current on technological advancements in blow molding and food processing equipment.
