Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 international firm, is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join their growing Financial Services Practice Group . This is a unique opportunity to work on sophisticated corporate and financial services matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general business transactions, within a collaborative and client-focused environment.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
- 2–4 years of substantive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities , and general corporate / business transactions
- Meaningful experience representing clients in M&A , securities offerings , and public company disclosures
- Experience advising clients on compliance and general corporate matters
- Experience working with banking and financial services clients preferred , but not required
- Soft Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, business-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven practice
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on M&A , securities offerings , and other corporate transaction sCounsel public and private companies on corporate governance , disclosure obligations , and compliance mattersDraft , review , and negotiate agreements and disclosure documents related to corporate and financial services transactionsCollaborate with clients to provide strategic legal and business advice across a variety of industriesWork closely with senior attorneys and partners across practices on complex, high-value mattersWhy Join Us?

Compensation & Benefits
