Responsibilities :

Answer customer service calls for companies across the country, using both the Spanish and English languages

Handle inbound calls including taking messages, entering orders for products, dispatching service technicians, and scheduling appointments

Ensure expert level customer service is received on every call

Document all call results into systems

Qualifications / Background Profile :

Spanish fluency required

One year of telephone, computer, and internet navigation experience

Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute

Strong grammar and written and oral communication skills
