Job description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Developer with strong expertise in the Appian orchestration layer to join our team, based in Hartford or remotely within the US. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating and managing rule agents that orchestrate workflows by interacting with multiple UIs simultaneously, automating complex business processes. Experience in healthcare and provider data environments is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and enhance Appian applications focusing on the orchestration layer to automate and optimize business workflows.
• Create and maintain rule agents capable of simultaneously interacting with multiple user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to gather and translate healthcare and provider data requirements into efficient Appian solutions.
• Implement best practices in Appian process modeling, expression rules, interfaces, and integrations.
• Optimize performance of Appian orchestration workflows and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and security policies.
• Document technical solutions and provide ongoing support post-deployment.
