Job Description :

Join our team and earn $62,000 - $65,000 / annually + 6% field bonus. This is a 3rd shift position with an anticipated schedule of Monday Friday 9 : 30 PM 6 : 00 AM. On-site at our Aurora, IL facility. The actual pay is dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements. As part of our commitment to a flexible work schedule, this role does not have a set amount of vacation per year.

As an Operations Supervisor you will work with the team to meet the companys productivity standards and requirements. This helps our clients earn the best possible discounts on First-Class and Standard postage with our presort services. You Will :

• Responsible for overseeing the production workers on designated shift. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and solving problems. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Oversees quality function throughout the production area. Assures TQM (Total Quality Management) processes and procedures are followed at all times.
• Assists Operations Manager in completing required USPS and internal reports, job costing reports and application of all USPS postal regulations. Assures clear and concise communication of pertinent information between shifts.
• Offers suggestions regarding increasing efficiency of use of equipment, working conditions, and motivation of employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

We provide mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick-up at their location into delivery into the postal system network, providing optimal postage savings.
