We are looking for a detail-oriented Clerk to join our team in New Braunfels, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of shipments, inventory tracking, and documentation processes. Responsibilities :
- Coordinate shipment processes, including arranging transportation via flatbed trucks and other vehicles.
- Print and log orders accurately in designated logbooks for tracking purposes.
- Prepare and attach appropriate labels for outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Conduct inventory checks to verify counts and ensure all shipments are accounted for.
- Review outbound shipments to confirm completion and readiness for delivery.
- Communicate any inventory shortages or transfer needs with relevant departments.
- Manage and organize photographic documentation by downloading, sorting, and categorizing images for efficient retrieval.
- Monitor scheduled orders to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Log driver information for inbound returns to maintain accurate records.
- Proven experience in general office functions, including documentation and organizational tasks.
- Familiarity with labeling processes and ability to ensure accuracy in shipment preparation.
- Basic photography skills for sorting and organizing images effectively.
- Strong attention to detail for inventory verification and shipment tracking.
- Ability to identify and communicate shortages in a timely manner.
- Experience with outbound shipment procedures and logistics.
- Proficiency in time management to meet multiple deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams and drivers.
