JOB LOCATION Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp to Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full Time and Part Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) Flexible; weekends may be required

STARTING PAY $15 to $17 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Customer service or retail experience a plus, but not required

As a Retail / Customer Service Associate with this shipping company, you will assist customers in person and over the phone, help process shipments, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. This role requires physical activity, including lifting packages up to 50 pounds and frequent bending and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Process shipments, returns, and deliveries accurately and efficiently
• Lift and move packages as needed (up to 50 pounds)
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform other retail or shipping-related tasks as directed
