Position : Staff Accountant

Location : Boston, MA

Salary : $70,000 - 85,000

Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a biotechnology company to identify a Staff Accountant to join their newly opened Boston office.

The Staff Accountant's responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Perform daily financial transactions including processing invoices, bank deposits, and journal entries
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Reconcile balance sheet, sub-ledger, and general ledger accounts
  • Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close
  • Create and refine monthly reports

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or experience equivalent (+4 years)
  • 2+ years of relevant accounting experience with a minimum of 1 year processing accounts payable and 1 year creating journal entries
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or a similar ERP
