Associate Systems Administrator

Savannah River National Laboratory is seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to serve as a technical field support engineer. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for organizational users concerning computer system issues. They will be required to manage a range of tasks to resolve technical issues for users in maintaining computer infrastructure and provide software assistance. The selected candidate will also be required to ensure proper documentation of all issues and logging necessary information into a ticketing system. Support will be provided on-site via deskside assistance.
