Uncover insights, shape product direction, and bring the user voice to every decision. As a UX Researcher, you’ll design and lead studies that reveal user behaviors, motivations, and needs, translating them into clear, actionable recommendations that guide strategy.
You’ll recruit and coordinate participants, synthesize findings into compelling stories, and share research in ways that inspire and align teams. Partnering closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders, you’ll identify opportunities across the user journey and build a research repository that drives knowledge forward.

Responsibilities
- Conducting Research : Design and execute user research studies to understand user behaviors, motivations, and trends.
- Coordinating Participants : Coordinate and build participant repository for research sessions.
- Insight Finding : Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations to drive impact.
- Research Readouts : Communicate research findings effectively through excellent storytelling.
- Trusted Partner : Support UX Designers in research efforts, building effective relationships with UX Designers, product teams, and stakeholders.
- Create and Maintain Research Repository : Document and communicate research findings in a research repository.
- Self-direction : Gather context and prioritize the most important and high-leverage research opportunities.
- Identifies Opportunities : Brings to light journey-driven opportunities for improvement or new products.
Requirements
5+ years of conducting UX research in-house.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education / and or experience in UX research or similar.Direct experience conducting design research across different types of methodologies.Highly skilled in qualitative research methods.Ability to think strategically regarding the application of data and research.Strong problem-solving capabilities, turning constraints into opportunities.Detail-oriented and able to work independently.Ability to communicate research insights in compelling, memorable ways that drive clear action.What We Offer
