The role of a UX Researcher & Designer at IQVIA involves conducting user experience research, designing and testing user interfaces powered by Large Language Models and Agentic systems, and enhancing usability and user satisfaction. This position is part of the Analytics Center of Excellence, which leverages healthcare data and advanced analytics to innovate clinical research processes, collaborating across teams to develop responsive, user-centric clinical technology applications throughout the product lifecycle.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $98,500.00 - $274,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Depending on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
