The Senior Manager, Real Estate Lease Administration plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of One Medical's real estate lease administration operations across our national portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Real Estate and Strategy, this position ensures compliance, manages financial analyses, and drives process improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As an ideal candidate, you will have experience working in the portfolio optimization tool, Tango, and hands-on working knowledge of lease accounting principles.

Key job responsibilities :

• Lead and manage lease administration team operations
• Oversee lease abstraction and maintain data integrity
• Develop and implement lease compliance strategies
• Manage tenant improvement allowance collection and CAM audits
• Coordinate lease renewals and dispositions
• Partner with accounting / finance teams on rent payments
• Prepare management reports and maintain documentation
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices
• Manage corporate insurance policy for sites
• Serve as main point of contact for lease-related inquiries
