Senior Manager, Real Estate Lease Administration, Amazon One Medical at Amazon. The position ensures compliance, manages financial analyses, and drives process improvements in a dynamic environment. Experience with the Tango portfolio optimization tool and hands-on knowledge of lease accounting principles are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage lease administration team operations
• Oversee lease abstraction and maintain data integrity
• Develop and implement lease compliance strategies
• Manage tenant improvement allowance collection and CAM audits
• Coordinate lease renewals and dispositions
• Partner with accounting / finance teams on rent payments
• Prepare management reports and maintain documentation
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices
• Manage corporate insurance policy for sites
• Serve as main point of contact for lease-related inquiries

The base pay for this position ranges from $116,900 / year to $193,300 / year, depending on location and related factors. Amazon is a total compensation company; equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
