This isn't an IT role, and it's not just clicking around in a CRM. You'll be the engine behind how our tools — ERP, CRM, project management, and support systems actually work together to move the mission forward.

What You'll Own :

Business System Optimization

• Spot system bottlenecks and fix them before they slow us down
• You'll be the internal owner of our ERP, CRM and project tools
• Configure, maintain, and enhance workflows
• Recommend updates or tools that keep us on the cutting edge
