Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Belcan is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support our client onsite at their aerospace production facility. In this role, you'll focus on collaborating with internal & external engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality standards are met throughout production.

This is a hands-on position ideal for a quality-focused engineer with a strong grasp of manufacturing processes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement within regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PR (Preliminary Review) and MRB (Material Review Board) dispositions for nonconforming parts.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to plan and document repair actions.
• Conduct detailed root cause investigations using methods such as 5-Why, DMAIC, and Fishbone diagrams.
• Track and support the disposition of out-of-flow hardware and inventory.
• Drive and support corrective action initiatives (RCCA) to prevent recurring issues.
• Assist with the development of Work Instructions, Standard Work, and process documentation.
• Support FAIRs, PPAP, and PFMEA activities as needed.
• Train and coach internal teams on quality best practices and compliance standards.

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $30.00-40.00 per hour.
