Manufacturing Quality Leader
The Manufacturing Quality Leader is responsible for driving a quality strategy defined by our Built-in-Quality framework and zero-defect culture across the Greenville Gas Turbine operation. This leader will drive continuous improvement and problem solving in Greenville quality, with emphasis on creating added value, reducing waste, minimizing Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and positively impacting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Severe Events and Non-Conformity Reporting (NCRs) associated with manufacturing operations. This leader will partner across organization to implement Stop Work, Read Across and other mechanisms to prevent quality issues. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader and strategic thinker with strong knowledge of quality tools and processes, an analytical mind and strong ability to drive strategic change; influence across functions; and identify, explain and execute countermeasures for critical quality issues.

The base pay range for this position is $142,200.00 - $189,600.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15% annual variable incentive compensation. This posting is expected to close on November 10, 2025.
