Senior Subcontract Administrator

Are you an experienced Subcontracts professional ready to take the lead on high-impact, complex programs? We're looking for a Senior Subcontracts Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to deliver mission-critical results.

In this role, you'll be responsible for executing end-to-end subcontract management — from developing RFPs and negotiating terms to ensuring FAR / DFARS compliance and managing supplier performance. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, program management, and procurement teams to source materials, equipment, and services that meet stringent technical and regulatory requirements.

We're seeking someone with a strong grasp of FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement regulations , and ideally hands-on experience with the Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act (formerly TINA) . If you're known for your ability to negotiate win-win solutions, influence across teams, and bring creative problem-solving to contract management, this is a perfect fit.

What You'll Do :

• Lead all aspects of subcontract administration — RFPs, quotes, negotiations, and post-award management
• Ensure proper FAR / DFARS flow-downs and compliance throughout every contract
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve contract matters and mitigate risks
• Negotiate complex terms and conditions, including SOWs and pricing agreements
• Support strategic supplier relationships and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For :

• 4+ years of experience in subcontracts, supply chain, or contract administration (aerospace / defense preferred)
• Working knowledge of FAR / DFAR policies and procedures
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with ERP / MRP systems and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Must be a U.S. Person (due to export control regulations)

Preferred :

• Industry certifications (CPCM, CSCP, CFCM, etc.)
• Experience with ITAR / EAR compliance and cost / price analysis
