Handle Inquiries : Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism. Boost Profitability : Continue on our strong momentum for sustained profitability and implement cost-effective strategies to control expenses and increase profits. Collaborate : Work closely with parts and inventory management for efficient stock levels. Education / Experience : Proven track record as a Service Manager in the heavy truck and diesel service industry. 2-year degree or 3-5 year management experience. Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of heavy trucks and diesel engines. Leadership Skills : Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer Focus : Commitment to delivering high-quality service. Tech-Savvy : Proficient in computer software for record-keeping and data analysis. Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations. Certifications : ASE Certification is a plus. This position may be considered safety-sensitive if the candidate holds an active CDL.
