Join our team in Walton Hills, OH and transform raw material into high-performing parts. As a CNC Production Machinist, you’ll set the standard for accuracy, reliability, and safe production while partnering with a team that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

Your impact

  • Translate blueprints and work orders into efficient setups and production runs on lathes and mills.
  • Control the process : monitor cycles, adjust offsets and parameters, and ensure every part meets spec.
  • Protect quality : perform inspections with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and an optical comparator.
  • Keep machines healthy : handle routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to sustain uptime.
  • Advance the process : collaborate with peers to enhance throughput and reduce variation.
  • Champion safety and organization across your work area.

Success in your first 90 days

  • Independently set up and run 2–4 axis lathes and 3–4 axis VMC jobs to print.
  • Demonstrate strong command of G- and M-code fundamentals when making on-the-fly adjustments.
  • Consistently pass first-article and in-process inspections on close‑tolerance work.
  • Contribute actionable ideas to improve efficiency or quality.

    • Experience and skills

  • High school diploma or GED; technical machining training / certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of CNC operating experience in a manufacturing setting, with close‑tolerance background preferred.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical docs; solid shop math.
  • Understanding of CNC programming concepts, including G-codes and M-codes.
  • Skilled with precision measuring tools and quality control practices.
  • Self-directed, collaborative, and effective under fast-paced conditions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
