OPC Paving Superintendent - Full-time Position.

We are looking for a Traveling Paving Superintendent to join our growing team. The Superintendent provides overall on-site leadership and management on the paving job site including scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of field personnel. This is a traveling onsite position.

General Responsibilities :

• Coordinate plans and supervise paving crews and subcontractors for each assigned project.
• Liaison with other departments, asphalt plant, etc. to ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule.
• Coordinate plans and specifications with the Project Manager, clarifying discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with the client onsite management.
• Optimize operations procedures.
