Our client is a GC whose portfolio consists of more than a billion in completed construction projects with a special focus on the Multifamily sector. They have been in business for over 75 years and continue to project enormous growth in 2024 and into 2025. They are specifically looking for an Assistant Superintendent to develop into a lead Superintendent role over the next couple years while they continue to expand.

Job Description

Scheduling

• The Assistant Superintendent shall work in partnership with the Superintendent and Project Manager for creating, updating, maintaining and managing all the schedules for the project.
• Ability to create a Master Project Schedule with comprehension of required construction activities and logic sequencing.
• Perform daily inspection of units and prepare, maintain and distribute the three-week schedule for Owner / subcontractors and suppliers.
