Job Title : Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)

Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL

Compensation : Up to $55,000 / year

Note : No smokers

Job Description :

We are seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As an MLS, you will play a crucial role in performing laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and contributing to accurate patient diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform diagnostic laboratory tests, including immunoassays and blood work

Analyze and interpret laboratory results

Maintain lab equipment, perform quality control, and troubleshoot as needed

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with laboratory regulations

Keep accurate records of test results and patient data

Ensure proper specimen handling and storage

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

ASCP or equivalent certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist

Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Must adhere to the no-smoking policy

Compensation :

Annual salary up to $55,000
