Construction Field Lead

Kelly ® is seeking a Construction Field Lead to support pipeline and terminal sites in the Golden Pass Terminal Brownfield facilities. This lead position plays a critical role in overseeing contractor activity, ensuring safety, and maintaining quality standards across multiple disciplines.

\n Location : Sabine Pass Terminal, TX & Pipeline sites (Starks, LA and Sabine Pass, TX)

\n Travel : Required between pipeline locations (using personal vehicle; 40% at pipeline, 60% at terminal)

\n Schedule : 10 hours / day, 5 days / week (Start time : 6am)

\n Duration : 1 year (with possible extensioin)

\n Pay : $60 – $65 per hour (DOE)

\n Main Functions \n \n\t

• Champion worker safety programs at all locations\n\t
• Oversee site contractor construction activities during Execution Phase\n\t
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure safety, quality assurance, and scheduling of field activities\n\t
• Assist Maintenance Projects and Turnaround Supervisor with planning, monitoring, and coordination\n\t
• Provide professional insight and core construction expertise to project teams and contractors\n\t
• Maintain strong communication and working relationships with contractors\n
