job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSupports the daily operations of the admissions office Excellent customer service and responsive care for residents and families, collaboration with referral sources, direct care staff and leadership, and with marketing and external relations team Responds promptly to incoming calls and email inquiries about the program and admissions process Supports the admissions process by gathering, maintaining, and sharing regarding incoming residents and families Conducts thorough screening and complete the admissions process for all prospective residents and supports the day-to-day logistical matters during the pre-admissions process Shares accurate and timely information with the family while scheduling admissions arrival Documents information in the database, tracks calls, emails, and all activities Completes financial worksheet cost estimates for prospective residents, both in-network insurance and self-pay options Participates in campus tours and provides an overview of the admissions process and recovery program Experience with the admissions process Experience working with insurance and medical billing Marketing and customer service experience preferred CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer. Admissions Coordinator
Location : Mills Springs ,NC
The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for attending to all matters related to responding to admissions inquiries, providing information on all programs within the CooperRiis integrative systems, and coordinating all steps involved in obtaining a complete program application for potential admissions of prospective residents. They provide excellent customer service to prospective residents, families, and referring proviers during the pre-admissions process.
