We are looking for an Advisory Application Administrator to join our Business Applications team and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for our BillingPlatform implementation.
This role will partner with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to design, optimize, and scale our billing ecosystem, ensuring operational excellence and supporting revenue growth.
What You\'ll Do
- Own and administer BillingPlatform, advising on system strategy, governance, and new feature adoption.
- Partner with Billing Operations to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate month-end bill runs.
- Configure and optimize BillingPlatform objects, rate plans, formulas, workflows, and integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite).
- Lead usage data management, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Handle ad-hoc projects, including data enrichment, resolving data discrepancies, and collaborating on data quality report design and distribution.
- Support data migration, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with data analysts to respond to data-related requests, including GDPR and security compliance inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues while driving continuous improvement.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sandbox refreshes, updates, and security patching.
What You\'ll Bring
6-8 years of BillingPlatform experience (certification strongly preferred).Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.Strong knowledge of subscription billing, revenue recognition, and Quote-to-Cash processes.Proficiency with SQL, formulas, and data preparation; familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS a plus.Experience managing integration with Salesforce and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum and tools like Jira.Purple Perks
