Senior Mortgage Processor

We are actively seeking a top-performing Senior Mortgage Processor who is currently working in this exact role within a mortgage brokerage, and doing it exceptionally well. This is not a training position. We're looking for someone who already knows the ins and outs of processing loans in a broker environment and has a proven track record of closing a high volume of loans efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is experienced with wholesale lenders such as UWM, Village Capital, and Carrington, and is familiar with Change Wholesale and A&D Mortgage. You will be responsible for reviewing and uploading documents, clearing title, pushing back on conditions, and getting loans to the closing table, all without ever speaking to the borrower. Responsibilities : Senior Mortgage Processor – Mortgage Brokerage We're seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Processor to join our growing mortgage brokerage. • Must have prior experience processing loans for mortgage brokerages (not just retail or correspondent).
• Must have experience closing loans with UWM Village Capital Carrington Mortgage Services
• Familiarity with wholesale lenders, Change Wholesale, and A &D Mortgage is required.
• Review loan documents uploaded by Loan Officers for accuracy and completeness.
• Upload complete and compliant packages into lender portals .
• Push back on underwriter conditions and proactively work to satisfy them.
• Coordinate with title companies to receive, review, and clear title work .
• Ensure all documents and conditions are in place to get loans cleared to close .

• At least 2 years of loan processing experience required
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mortgage lending experience and loan knowledge required, specifically with FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans
• We prefer an Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business - High school diploma or GED required
• Must possess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skills Compensation : $100,000 - $180,000
