What You Will Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, operational, and corporate positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft targeted strategies.
• Proactively source top talent using industry networks, professional platforms, and outreach campaigns.
• Guide managers through the hiring process, from job descriptions to interviews and offers.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring performance.
• Represent the organization in talent markets to strengthen Velocity's brand.

Job Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a clinical research site management organization.
