Sets up and operates thread machines.

Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
• 1-year prior manufacturing environment.

Desired Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses

Able to read blueprints.

Experience with use of measuring equipment such as calipers & tape measures

Forklift and Overhead Crane Certificate of completion.

Physical Requirements

Independent mobility within plant and work area frequently.

Standing / walking up to 10 hours

Manual dexterity sufficient to reach and handle product and equipment for up to 9 hours.

Driving forklifts occasionally

Working overhead cranes occasionally

Reading, writing, talking to communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership

Lifting up to 60 lbs. occasionally

Push / pull up to 60 lbs. occasionally at waist level
