Key Responsibilities :
Recruit, interview and on-board qualified caregiversSource and recruit candidates through Hireology, Indeed, social media, and other platformsManage interviewing process and assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesMake strategic decisions regarding recruiting campaigns and Promote Agency reputation as “best place to work”Maintain electronic personnel files & complianceHandle phones and company voicemail. Ensure all calls are answered & handled appropriately while maintaining a high level of communication between clients, caregivers, and the office teamDocument client / caregiver calls, events, disciplinary issues, and other notable matters in appropriate areasFill in last minute call out shifts is a PLUSQualifications and Skills Required :
High school degree required, some college preferredTwo years of recruiting experience in Home CareSelf starter with ability to think and work independently and problem solveStrong communicator and relationship builderComputer skills in business related applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, etc. Clearcare a plus!)A current driver's license and a dependable insured vehicleA professional appearanceJob Type :
