Replenishment Planner

Anthropologie is looking for a Replenishment Planner to maximize Sales and Inventory flow by SKU on Core Products for both Retail and DTC and provide supporting analysis to Planning & Merchant teams.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Planning and Merchant teams to develop Long Life OTB plans by Channel that align with long-term goals and opportunities.
• Prepare fabric projections for key fabrics used in seasonal collections.
• Provide unit guides by SKU for each program, considering factors like color and channel based on historical productivity of same or like style.
• Create Weekly Sales plans by SKU for key programs for both Retail and DTC.
• Monitor Sales projections and in-stock levels to identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Reforecast weekly sales projections to adapt to current trends.
• Evaluate SKU productivity and program effectiveness incorporate views per SKU at DTC.
• Perform depth analysis to optimize inventory levels.
• Conduct size analysis to ensure optimal size allocation.
