• Qualifications :
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial building design, particularly in sectors such as healthcare, aviation, sports, higher education, or public assembly.
• Proven expertise with at least 3 years of project management experience focusing on structural, enclosure, or parking structure projects.
• Advanced degree in Civil Engineering emphasizing Structural or Architecture.
• PE license needed. SE a big plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client-service capabilities with a proactive attitude.
