Job Summary

A Business Banking Relationship Manager is a sales and management position responsible for creating value for business banking relationships and treasury management relationships. They are responsible for individual relationship managers production while promoting other products and services provided by Oxford Bank.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an existing business banking portfolio.
• Manage our customer's relationship around profitability and portfolio risk while responsible for profitable growth of the assigned portfolio.
• Grow and expand the business banking portfolio by focusing on new businesses development.
• Build and maintain an external referral base and maintain a visible market presence to pursue new business banking relationships.
• Meet with business owners to build strong relationships, identify needs, and recommend product solutions.
• Partner with personal banking to create and deliver customer solutions.
• Partner with loan fulfillment to ensure accuracy and completeness of credit packages according to policy.
