The Paint Prepper Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that surfaces are properly prepared for painting, which directly impacts the quality and durability of the final finish. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in surface preparation or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in surface preparation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.

Monday through Friday 5am-1 : 30pm. Overtime will be required if business dictates.
