Skilled Construction Laborer

A growing construction company is hiring skilled construction laborers to support a variety of utility and concrete projects. Your work will directly contribute to the installation of water, sewer, and sanitary systems, and setting up concrete forms for water chambers. We offer a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible!

Perform clean-up tasks on construction sites using shovels and other hand tools.

Set up concrete forms for water chambers and underground utilities.

Install water, sewer, and sanitary pipes.

Engage in heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.

Work collaboratively with a team to ensure project completion.

At least 12 months of recent job tenure in construction.

Ability to work long hours in adverse weather conditions.

Comfortable with lifting 5070 lbs regularly.

Experience in pipe laying (preferred).

Concrete experience (preferred).

Utility construction experience (preferred).

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Outdoor construction environment with exposure to dirt and varying weather conditions.

Work hours : 6 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM, MondayFriday, with potential Saturday work during rainy weeks.

Team structure : 35 people per crew, including a foreman / operator and laborers.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $32.00 / hr.
