Job Description
Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are followed. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders. Support in reviewing contracts, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project goals. Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and permits. Address any project issues or delays, providing solutions to keep the project on track. Uphold safety standards and ensure all work adheres to local regulations and codes.
