Key Responsibilities :

Provide expert guidance and support to customers in securing financing options for vehicle purchases.

Present and sell additional product offerings (e.g., warranties, service contracts, protection packages) to enhance the customer's vehicle ownership experience.

Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

Maintain required certifications and stay current with all industry standards and regulatory changes.

Accurately structure and desk deals, submit to appropriate lenders, make sound credit decisions, and effectively close transactions.

Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal laws and dealership policies.

Prepare and review all paperwork and contracts for accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance.

Conduct post-sale audits of team deals to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality control.

Qualifications :

Eagerness to Learn and Improve

Industry Knowledge :   In-depth understanding of dealership finance and insurance (F&I) procedures and best practices.

Deal Structuring Skills

Regulatory Knowledge :   Strong knowledge of title laws, registration processes, and related regulatory requirements.

Professionalism :   Maintains a polished and professional personal appearance in line with dealership standards.

Communication Skills :   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex financial information clearly and persuasively.

Negotiation and Presentation Expertise :   Skilled in closing deals and presenting finance and insurance products effectively to customers.

Licensing :   Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
