PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate / Worker to support manufacturing operations on 1st Shift . This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining clean, efficient, and safe production environments.

Position Overview

As a Production Associate / Worker , you’ll perform a variety of tasks to facilitate smooth production operations. This includes operating equipment, replenishing materials, cleaning production areas, and preparing components. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment

Replenish materials as needed to maintain workflow

Perform equipment and component preparation tasks

Conduct cleaning and sanitization of production areas and equipment

Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Follow all safety and quality protocols

Required Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive activities

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Team-oriented with good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a GMP or cleanroom environment

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting

Shift : 1st Shift (6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM, Monday–Friday)

Pay Details : 19.42 per hour
