Experienced sales operations professional working independently to support sales operations processes. May also provide input to team members. Responsible for improving processes to enhance and standardize sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales team to ensure customer success, engagement and timely resolution of open issues which include (new customer onboarding, billing, credit notes, and timely collection of sales).
• Be in close contact with finance and the customer base to ensure timely payments, credit worthiness and credit checks.
• Help ensure the success of strategic growth initiatives within the company to onboard key customers and ensure compliance.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $87,306 - $102,713. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company's performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
