Digital Product Manager (mid-level) – R&D
Contract : 6 months, should be extended and could convert to direct hire eventually
(No C2C or third-party submissions)
Location : Irving, TX
Schedule : Onsite 5 days required
Summary
We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead initiatives focused on AI productivity tools and computer vision technologies. This role will drive experimentation, pilot programs, and infrastructure development to support emerging use cases. You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to evaluate external solutions, define KPIs, and guide product strategy from concept to execution.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands the potential of AI-assisted development (e.g., vibe coding, prompt engineering), and has experience supporting 0-to-1 product launches.
Needed :
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within AI, machine learning, or emerging tech environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools or familiarity with concepts like vibe coding , prompt engineering, or natural language programming.
- Proven track record of supporting proof-of-concept development and 0-to-1 product launches.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to define and track KPIs for experimental technologies.
- Experience evaluating external technologies and assessing organizational fit.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, exploratory environments.
Duties :
Lead the evaluation and implementation of AI productivity tools to enhance software development workflows.Define and execute pilot programs for computer vision technologies, including vendor assessments and proof-of-concept testing.Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build scalable infrastructure supporting AI and computer vision initiatives.Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and guide product decisions.Translate business goals and user needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.Support cross-functional teams in delivering new digital capabilities from ideation through launch.Stay current on emerging trends in AI development, including vibe coding, agentic coding, and multimodal interfaces.Communicate product vision and progress to internal stakeholders and leadership.
