Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to join our team and help us advance the careers of skilled professionals doing impactful work. Building trusted relationships with our network of engineering and sciences consultants under Actalent, or corporate professionals under Aston Carter, is a key part of our company strategy. Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle
• Meet with hiring managers to understand needs
• Sourcing qualified professionals through various recruiting tools
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, learning about their goals, skills, and interests to ensure alignment
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for starting their new roles
• Build relationships with consultants, coaching them for interviews, onboarding, and ongoing engagement
• Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skill sets
• Develop trusted relationships with professionals to help them advance their careers
