Safety Trainer Job Posting

Position : Safety Trainer

Location : Remote

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $85K-95K

Job Summary

We are seeking a Safety Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver and evaluate occupational health and safety training programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, subject-matter expertise in OSHA and workplace safety standards, and the ability to engage participants across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and conduct safety training programs (in-person and virtual).
  • Deliver OSHA-authorized training courses and specialized safety modules.
  • Assess training needs and customize materials for specific industries.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, Cal / OSHA, etc.).
  • Support workplace safety audits and provide recommendations.
  • Stay updated on evolving safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Certified OSHA Outreach Trainer (Construction and / or General Industry).
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in occupational safety, training, or related field.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., CSP, CHST, CPR / First Aid Instructor) are a plus.
