Key Responsibilities
Develop measurement frameworks in collaboration with Demand Strategy and Marketing Data Strategy teams
Establish KPI definitions and performance benchmarks while guiding optimization strategies
Interpret campaign performance data to identify insights and inform strategic recommendations
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, analytics, or performance measurement, preferably in an agency or B2B setting
Expertise in multi-channel marketing performance management and KPI development
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Salesforce
Ability to manage teams and balance project assignments effectively
Familiarity with data validation and reporting infrastructure in collaboration with technical teams
